Update:
Installed a Slee original bumper and a Warn M8000. Between the springs settling now that they have been on for a few months and the front bumper, I've lost about 1/2" in the front. Not sure if I will install some trim packers or not but it isn't bothering me too much at the moment.

Bud, looks nice. I was part of the, whatever, 3 or 4 that got the original slee recently and I picked mine up last night. My set up is almost identical except mine is all still in the boxes and not installed (Travel a ton for work). Do you have a front 3/4 shot of it? I am wondering if I need packers on the stock size OME lift, and now that you mention it settling 1/2" I am really considering it. I just like to do things once and don't want to go back under to install them if I am going to need them anyway.
Looks very nice by the way, not too over the top. I have a corporate job and I can't shop up at the office in a monster truck... shooting for exactly what you've got going on... nice work.

I got nearly identical numbers out of my OME stock replacements, and was also one of the fortunate few to get the last of the Slee Orginal Bumpers. Thanks for all the advice and doing to work first so I could see what my outcome would be.
Hey everyone, Thanks for all the good info and advise. Still going back and forth on stock replacement with 33s or 2.5" with 35s.
Does anyone know how 35s would work with the stock springs if I later added the spacers?

Stock OME 861/862 springs with 315's
my rig has the stock OME, no spacers, I'm running 315's, it gets around pretty good...no rubbing issues, tire tucks in nicely...

Ouch. After looking at this it appears my 80 is sagging rather badly. A situation that is exaggerated by the shinny new arb bumper

I recently installed KimoSabe's old 861/862 setup on my rig. I am very pleased with the results aside from the stinkbug. I will be ordering some Slee spacers soon to help correct this, even loaded up it doesn't level out much. The first pic is with 265/75 Duratrac's and stock suspension. The second pic is with 285/75 Duratrac's and the 861/862 setup.
