Ozzie spec is 50. Can't see why the same wouldn't apply here. It's cold as hell here today, 43 when I woke up. Not due for my winter oil yet based on miles..
Obviously "cold" is a subjective subject. 43F does not require special considerations with regards to engine oil. Maybe -43.
I went to mobil 1 and it started leaking more. then I checked the rear bolts and they were finger tight...

Dry humor does not always equate in text form. Was being a little sarcastic. I do go down a grade in colder months, especially if I have no long trips planned..

You can, to whatever you like. But that's the good stuff.
I dont know he says Oil pressure would stay higher. and stuff. Also it doesnt break down as fast. I live in California where it just started to get into mid 60s

We absolutely noticed an oil pressure increase, as we had predicted, after switching from 10w-30 to Delo 15w-15. Additionally, we noticed a dramatic decrease in consumption.
It is also worth adding as others have pointed out, that in your 1FZ, it absolutely does not matter. The 1FZ is very easy on oil. This is what oil analysis shows. These engines are used in forklifts, for perspective. Reading bobistheoilguy forums is a quick way to drive yourself batty, though, if you want to know more.
