Stopped the other night. Looks way over prices. The frame has some serious scale. The nose looks mint but he as bulges in it which has to be bondo or rust hiding. Also has diamond plate which has to be hiding something.

Thanks Dan & Pat. I recently heard from a few mudsters who are running H55s behind big v8 with no issues, which was surprising. So, I think I'm going to run my H55 and see how it goes. It's fun to spend less.

I'll be pulling an H41 out of my truck in the spring for an H55 swap. Its out of a 77 FJ45 from Austrailia.

I saw you posted in the wanted section of the main board that you were looking for one from a 72-73. Did they even make them then. I though they were all three speed trannys before 74.
