Wow, you really went the long way around doing that file! Tons of work. (Not knocking it)

It would go more easily if you started using the pen tool to create paths around the areas you want to change (well, except the lift) and then use adjustment layers. Give you way more control.

i usually just polygonal lassoo myself up what i want to change, copy + paste to a new layer, and then you can put a mask over the whole layer... the only way i really know how tell me again how it should be done?

That's the way the rear window should look. How does it look with the short side door, stock wheelbase and the long rear window?

Here's what I did:

Got rid of the B pillar and added another window.
Raised the fender lines a bit
"Uprighted" the rear a bit
Shortened the wheelbase a few inches
