Nice job Erick! They're hiring in Denver by the way!

I wasn't fully cleared to practice ALS without a preceptor before. Perks of a clearing process and school. 6 months cleared and I start my year long Critical Care Course and then another 6 after that to get my flight paramedic certs. Then it's all about experience before I can get on to working as a flight medic full time.

Good Job!!

Lord willing and the creek don't rise, I would like to make it to some and or all of the following events but I'm not going solo. Is anybody interested in planning to make the Roundup in Katemacy 3/13-3/16 and the Jamboree in Gilmer 5/1-5/4 in addition to the pre-Krawl and MK14? This would be four trips over the next five months and I want to start planning soon if anyone is interested. I plan on taking it easy at all of these events and focus more on socializing and light wheeling. My pocketbook can't afford any more major damage at the moment and I don't want to miss out on any of the good stuff this year.

Disclaimer: This is weather pending. I don't mind a little bit of rain or temps dropping in to the mid 40s to 50s but I'm not interested in anymore slop fests or below freezing camp sites.

obviously MK14, I'd like to make the pre krawl, which would probably be a solo trip for me, also depends on timing.

Id really like to make GSMTR, Windrock looks like an awesome park and I really want to try it. That will be a long family trip for me and we might visit some relatives in that neck of the woods while we're there.

still want to make a weekend camping trip to Kistache soon

what about Gorilla run in February, anyone planning on going? we had a pretty good showing in 2012.

Let me check dates for Gorilla run against my calendar. I may be in for that as well. I heard mixed reviews about how crowded the park was for that one however.

Lee if you are in for all of them let's start planning.

I'm also ready to reschedule the Kisatche trip. If you want to pick a date Matt and the rest of us can start working on availability.

My opinion was that most folks were there to see the biggies, so only a few trails were used. I think some of the "slowness" was due to us having runs with like 10-15 rigs in them. Really I prefer to hit up a park when there isn't an event and you have it more to yourself.

I'll check with the boss lady ;)

I was at Superlift for Gorilla Run two years ago. It was very crowded. Mostly buggies, but there were plenty of all sorts of rigs. The trails on the other side of the road from the camping area were less crowded.

Pre-Krawl dates don't work for me so I'm out for that one. Matt, I agree that I don't really care about big planned events so if anybody wants to go to Superlift or another park between now and MK let's plan something. It would be cool of we had at least four or five of us going if we can swing it. Anybody interested in a three day weekend somewhere?

Just saw a post on Facebook that Nissan is displaying a Frontier with a Cummins in it at Chicago auto show. Wonder when Toyota will get with the program and offer a diesel :(
