When we hit the big time a charity element will certainly be added, maybe we can team up with the LLK on theirs ;) maybe we can bring this up at next mtg Mike. I know it's been discussed it never went anywhere.

But we will have an Internet store (for foreseable future) selling parts, gear, accessories for expedition type trips. Not just the parts for your rig but eventually also the kayak to fish in once you get there, or the packs and tents to use on a hike. More of outfitter than parts store and selling items which we ourselves have used and tested.

The store will help fuel the fab side which will start with expo trailers. We have numerous ideas for different levels of trailers from basic to the deathstar 2.0 along with bumpers, tool mounts... We are starting slow but we've got a lot of ideas to fill some niches in the markets.

Site will be up soon along with Facebook and all that good stuff so we can provide updates on products we will carry and progress on trailers and other things we will be making.

good luck

not that y'all really need more bolt-on stuff

You are right about that, but as much as bolt on stuff is a part of it, we will be offering much more than that as well as manufacturing trailers and gear that we think will be useful. Keep in mind that this is not an FJC specific business or Toyota specific for that matter. We will be covering vehicles from Cruisers, to Rovers, to Jeeps and all of the fun stuff that you can bring with you for an expedition. Like Matt mentioned earlier, not just the stuff to get you to your destination, but the stuff you use when you get there. So we have some big ideas and plans and we will keep you updated as we add in new product lines and new manufactured items. Thanks in advance for all of your support.

Sounds awesome, as in not having to order from two timezones and eight states away. Also gonna be nice talking to someone who nows what your asking for. Sometimes been afraid i had just ordered a Russian bride....Best wishes!!

We will be drop shipping most of our items so there will still be the time zone issue when it comes to shipping, but you can deal direct with us and trust that we will find out the answers you require concerning any of our product lines. There will not be any questions about whether or not you are getting the correct stuff because we will be the ones making sure that you do. Just to give you an idea of the quality products we will be carrying, here are just a few of the manufacturers that you will see on our website:

Expedition One
Metal Tech
OZTent
Redline Land Cruisers
Front Runner
Equipt

and I can tell you that there are a whole bunch more in the works. We will also be working very hard to release our own line of Synthetic Rope and recovery gear in the next couple of months and a prototype Expedition Trailer in October. Time lines may change but you will see some exciting stuff from us in the very near future. Our next phase will possibly include Kayaks, Mountain Bikes, Watches, Eyewear, and Footwear. The idea is to test some of this stuff out and work with the manufacturers to carry a limited version of their product that we think will apply to our customers. We look forward to keeping you up to date with the latest and the greatest.

Ps, we are also looking in to becoming supporting vendors on MUD and several other forums so as soon as that happens we will have more specific info about the new venture posted up.

And me. Or was I trying to be like you?

I can help you with install Jason. It's always easier the second time around. You have to do the cutting on the plastic though.

Don't forget to put the trailer hitch on first.
