We would love to help. We stock as much as we can (and growing) for the 2x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, 12x, 15x, 20x, 250 and 300 platforms. Whenever possible, we stock OEM and or Japanese made parts, stuff we install, run and trust in our own vehicles and travels.
Thanks, I just created an account now and ordered a TRE set and a couple other things. I'll save that for my first Go To when looking for parts. I'll likely put the CCOT TRE's in the tool box for trail repairs.

Im having a hard time with this tie rod. The tapered end of the TRE doesn't seem to want to fit enough to expose threads on the bottom side of the steering arm to get the castle nut on. Or am I doing something g wrong here? TIA.

I got home from work the other day to find a small puddle of gas underneath. There was a small drip coming from under the fuel tank. Come to find out, there's a small nipple on the right side of the tank that was capped with rubber that was not compatible with gasoline. It deteriorated and leaked gas all over the passenger side. I pulled all the bad rubber off and put some fuel hose and a plug for now until I can pay more attention to it later. Can anyone tell me what the outlet on that side of the tank is supposed to go to?

I’m not sure on a 74 but earlier tanks that is the outlet to the fuel pump.

The straps next to the jack, is that where the tool bag went?

Yes, save the hardware. It's no longer available. I was fortunate mine was still there, i cleaned mine up and used some nylon strapping I had lying around. I had to make a rectangular end out some heavy
wire. Originally the strapping was a cloth material.
