I used four of these on my old TC and now I wish I would have kept them. They look stockish and can be made with indicator lights. I used them for interior lighting and fog lights on my TC and they never failed. Just wanted to share this if anyone hadn't found them yet.

HA, no chairs here. I'm not even near Pennsylvania.

Sweet! Thanks for the lead, gonna buy some.

No. It's only got a power and ground on the back if I remember correctly.

Here are the same switches from a different supplier. They are cheaper and there are lots of choices. Double pole or sinlge, double throw or single, momentary or constant, illuminated or non.

Toyota Rocker Switches - Del City

I have used them in all my other Toyota builds(pickups and 4Runners) but they don't quite look stock. They have a matte finish where the stock ones are glossy. It's not bad though, they do fit well in the stock switch hole.

I have used these before in my Taco. I purchased 5 more for future LC lighting projects. They fit perfect in the Toyota switch holes.
And at 9 bucks a pop they are hard to beat.

Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product

I still like the choices from Del City, but it can be nice to have the symbol on the switch I guess. But at 1/3 the price and have the choice of double pole, double throw, and momentary, I'll probably stick with these

Yeah, you're right. I checked out their selection and they offer more by way of functionality. I have them bookmarked on my browser. But for lights, I like the symbol and illuminated version. :meh:

Yeah, the symbol with illumination is great for lights, good to have an in cab reminder that they're on. Only thing for me is I need the other curved style switch for the 80, gonna have to bite the bullet and buy the factory fog light switches. Found them for a decent price 84160-60030 - OEM Toyota SWITCH ASSY, FOG LAM I haven't called cdan yet, guess I'll wait till I'm ready to order, hoping to put two of them to the left above the mirror control.

Thanks for the link!

Has anyone created a list of which Toyota (or other) switches will fit/work in the 80? Just wondering...

I used to have a few different sources, but they were nowhere near as clean looking as the del city ones, imo, they are the best option for Toyota. I would love to find an aftermarket source for the larger curved switches, but I doubt that will be happening since they only came in '91-'94 Cruisers, making them pretty low demand. Guess we're stuck buying factory switches, I suppose we're lucky to have that availability.

Check out CUSTOMROCKERS. there fit perfectly and look great. I'm sure they will post to you guys in the US.

Those are Carling Contura switches, and they're quite common here in the States, especially as ARB locker switches. They don't match the 'factory' appearance quite as well as the switches previously mentioned in this thread, but they are pretty good quality.
