Hey all, On my 69 FJ55, I noticed yesterday the fuel pump was leaking. Quite a bit, actually. So I'm about to order a new one from TEQ and had a thought. Does anyone know what the pressure output of the OEM pump is? On my 1980 4x4 Hilux, it has the 20R with the Weber 32/36 and ran terrible plus was hard to start until I added a few pressure regulator. Since the mechanical pump on the 20R/22R output is around 12PSI and the Weber likes about 2.5, should I also add a regulator to this one as well? BTW the truck starts right up no problem even with the bad pump. Thanks!
