So in replacing my exhaust, the cat-back borla system comes with o2 sensor studs, but they are too short to use the OEM locknuts. I looked on Toydiy and did some searching here but can't find a definitive part number for the sensor stud? Anyone know if these are available? Maybe another model uses the same length/pitch studs?

I did find this thread https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/771605-ems-exhaust-missing-parts.html that says the part number may be 90116-08128?

Toyota does not service those studs. You have to buy the exhaust pipes to get them. The part number you list (it has been replaced by 90116-08128-83 by the way) is an 8mm stud and it may work. I do not know about the length however. That information is not published and I do not stock it so I can't go measure one.

^ I have found that Fastenal is a great source for odd bits of hardware also.

I found the flange and correct studs and welded it onto a 6" length of exhaust pipe. Then cut out a section of the old pipe and welded in the new. Problem is I found them at my local dealership about 5 years ago. I still think there are templates out there though.

Available on McMaster.com part number 98867A315. $0.53 cents each. Thread is 8x1.25. Overall length: 35mm, short thread length 8.4mm, long thread length 18.8mm.

If you want some new serrated flange locking nuts the part number for those is 94920A500
