yes, the frame with the complete wiper mechanism. (or just the wiper mechanism including the motor and arms etc. (complete) if you happen to have a bad frame with good guts.)

Mark, if it falls thru I've got a complete 79 frame and wiper assembly with motor and cover. I can remove the glass for easier shipping.

1979 40 series windshield frame, complete with wiper motor, wiper motor cover, wiper arms, glass, hinges. rear view mirror is broken. soft top mount pieces are not included solid condition $1100 prefer not to ship it with the glass but I have in the past and it went ok.
