Started the other day. Pulled the fenders and apron, and tying everything up in the engine bay. Gonna go back through all that as best I can. Add power steering. Will need help there.
Next step is gonna be to pull all the seats and brackets for powder coat and upholstery.
Got a decision to make at that point. I can either keep tearing down the interior and do a complete Repaint (and change to a matte color), or I can leave the main paint color glossy and just do the hood and windshield frame in black. Right now I'm leaning toward doing the whole thing in matte, two tone.
Once that call is made I'm taking it to Robb for a once over and to fix my mistakes. Then chop the doors down. Then paint. Then back to me for reassembly.
Once all back together gonna do a 4+ or metal tech rear bumper/tire carrier. Stick with my current black wheels and 33" tires. Sliders. Custom front bumper and winch. Lights on the bumper.
Goal is to be driving it in that form in the fall.
Down the line Prob go v8 but not yet.
That's a long list I know but I'm back to having time again so here goes...

I was gonna do all stock except for the lift before.
Now I'm gonna chop the doors, matte black paint, bumpers front and rear, etc. Will go V8/auto/bigger tires at some point when I can spare the cheddar...
That's a pretty big change in direction in my mind...?

Better go ahead and download the link calculator spreadsheets and start getting familiar with them

I'm gonna need educating on that...without hitting up the Google box I'm assuming that's a formula based spreadsheet that gives you cause/effect and change-based budgets? Or am I just getting my chain pulled right now?

That adds a whole new dimension to the cost of the build. Make sure this is what you want before you decide to do it.
