That has to be one of my biggest pet peeves in the world. So aggravating!
 
I reached out to "Dave" listed as the CL contact, and got nothing! I never understood why people waste time to create fake ads?
 
I just saw that ad on CL. Funny I didn't see it here first. I wasn't all that moved by what you get for the money. I think with a ton of free labor you might get most of your money back and keep a 40. To me it is just like buying someones hot rod project or muscle car project. It is about 50 cents on the dollar to pick up the pieces. Maybe I'm way off but sure seemed like it.
 
Guess he doesn't know how to delete a CL ad, and that I was wrong.
 
I spoke with him last week, and he said he had found a buyer. And then today he has resisted the AD on CL. :rolleyes:
 
Looks like he posted this again and listed prices for the FJ's individually... wish i could pull the trigger on one of them, just not the right timing for me.

I am moving and will be selling my collection of FJ40s and a enclosed trailer full of parts. 4 FJ40s, a 1980, 3-1976. They are all in various conditions and will need to be worked on to get road...
