I found a box of these antique, never-been-used Tilt-O-Meters. I have pics, a copy of the instruction/installation sheet (that comes with each one) and an ad from a 1973 Popular Mechanics here:

I found a bunch of magnets to put on the back of the Tilt-O-Meters to use in place of the adhesive backing. That way you can move it around:
