'Preciate it Wild Bill! I'm planning to be there but I'm not sure how many passengers I'll have yet. My prettier half may have to work that wkend, but I've got some buddies that are interested. I'll post up later and PM appropriately with ICE info.

By the way, do not add shipping charges if you plan to be at the event. Shipping is only for those who purchase a shirt and will NOT be attending. All shirts will be brought to the event by a UC member for distribution. We will not be able to ship shirts prior to the event.

Good to see you on here. Didnt realize who it was b/f. Hoping to see if I can get the wife up for at least the day Saturday since she's never been. Trying to work out details on childcare, etc.

I will be in Charleston the Sunday through Friday before this trip so I need to figure a way to have the family involved.
 
Just FYI, I am going to be riding in with Cruiser4Life in my FZJ80. I think we are coming in late Friday night due to work. I am sure this is subject to change.

I am going to try and make this one.....wife will be out of town so depends on whether daughter will be around to take care of pets and house. :D
 
I am very jealous of you all going on this trip. Even when I was in California I would watch this trip and loved seeing all the pics. With that being said, I will have to put this one on hold until next year. My wife is walking in the 3 day breast cancer walk that weekend and that leaves me with baby duty. I am not prepared to have a 17 month old on an expedition! Have fun and snap away at those pictures!

no need to wait a year, there are more than a few willing members to go explore here at most given times. Drop a PM sometime if you have a weekend in mind.

ROLDS... ill be in touch w/ C4life as well but depending on your arrival we (ONSC) only have one friday PM arriver so far that may want to hook up with you guys.

Might want to see if someone would go up early and camp out Thursday thru Sat on the upper bald.

If someone is camping up there it could put things in a pickle. Maybe someone who doesn't like being with the big group and doesn't care about being with the expedition ride and just wants to play around in the area.

OK, now I need everyone to PM me their email address so I can forward the Waiver/ICE forms to you.

I'm trying something relatively high-tech (to me anyways), so read through and fill out the PDF form on your computer and click the submit by email button. It will open up your email program and automatically add itself as an attachment. Then they all automatically come back to me.

I have almost all of the ONSC email addresses (from Jason) except cruisers4life, ROLDS, BZEP and Diggity.

I only have email addresses for the following folks from UC:
trollhole
mpeagan
steenh
BillWright

The rest of you please send me your email addresses.

My email program is not resident so this probably won't work for me. It's web-based. I'm not geek enough to send out of the email client resident on this computer.
But my ICE is the same as previous trips.

I helped Rick proof this system using GMail which is web-based. We need everyone to fill out a new form for each trip which includes ICE and a waiver.

I just sent you a PM with email address. I am still trying to work out the schedule to be able to attend this. It's getting tough though. Work has me in Costa Rica monday get back on Friday and then flying to New Orleans the following Monday if anything slips forward or back I wont be able to make it. Still keeping my fingers crossed.
 
I am in, coming from Florida. 90 degrees in the shade today, need to feel the cool air. PM sent and second one coming with email. Bringing my 17 yr old to pull driving duty.

Anyone know of a campground just north of Macon, GA that allows late entry (after 10PM)
