These are for Later style heaters on the FJ40, but can be modified to fit earlier ones. This is what gives you low and high speed.

Resistors are for 12 Volt systems.

I have a few of these I am willing to let go for $40 plus shipping each until they are gone.

I also have an extension cable for earlier models that need it, for $15,
- you will still need to remove the connection to the motor plug and soldier the wires.

The resistor will, and if it is the gray blower, yes

-if it is the black metal blower with the 3 prong plug pictured below, the connection is different-resistor is the same,

Just got around to installing my blower resistor from @Tanker120 in my next restoration. It works perfectly exactly what I needed. The long bolt holding the resistor broke so I did have to replace it.
