Probably most efficient per watt cooking behind a microwave. How big is the battery in the camper? You’ll probably need at least a 200ah to be able to cook dinner and the ability to recharge it fully each day…or run your generator

Haha.... I have 200ah batteries and plan to add 200w of solar. I do not plan to bring the generator for most trips.

You need like 1000w of solar or an Anderson plug from the truck for alternator charging if you plan to cook with electric. 200ah goes quick

It’s an awesome event. It really pushes your rig. Lots of miles off road and on road. We probably did close to 200 miles or so with a side trip to sight see. We had a few good rain storms every day. The trails can be muddy in certain places. We had to winch a few trucks but if you have a decent mud terrain it was fine.
