No Hi Speed On Wipers

2. INSPECT MOTOR (Operation at Low Speed) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the negative (−) lead to the motor body, check that the motor operates at low speed. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.
(b) Connect terminals 2 and 3. (c) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 4 and the negative (−) lead to the motor body, check that the motor stops running at the stop position after the motor operates again. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.
(Operation at High Speed) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (−) lead to the motor body, check that the motor operates at high speed. If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.
looking at the motor pin 2 should be top left, pin 1 top right. 3 is below 1 and 4 below 2
on the wiper switch you should have continuity from A4-A9 pin in the high setting.

LOW SPEED POSITION WITH WIPER SW TURNED TO LOW POSITION, THE CURRENT FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 8 → TERMINAL 2 OF THE WIPER MOTOR → WIPER MOTOR → TO GROUND AND CAUSES THE WIPER MOTOR TO RUN AT LOW SPEED. 2. HIGH SPEED POSITION WITH WIPER SW TURNED TO HIGH POSITION, THE CURRENT FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 9 → TERMINAL 1 OF THE WIPER MOTOR → WIPER MOTOR → TO GROUND AND CAUSES THE MOTOR TO RUN AT HIGH SPEED. 3. INT POSITION (W/ INT SW) WITH WIPER SW TURNED TO INT POSITION, THE RELAY OPERATES AND THE CURRENT WHICH IS CONNECTED BY RELAY FUNCTION FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 1 → TO GROUND. THIS FLOW OF CURRENT OPERATES THE INTERMITTENT CIRCUIT AND THE CURRENT FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 8 → TERMINAL 2 OF THE WIPER MOTOR → TO GROUND AND THE WIPER FUNCTIONS. THE INTERMITTENT OPERATION IS CONTROLLED BY A CONDENSER’S CHARGED AND DISCHARGED FUNCTION INSTALLED IN RELAY AND THE INTERMITTENT TIME IS CONTROLLED BY A TIME CONTROL SW TO CHANGE THE CHARGING TIME OF THE CONDENSER. 4. MIST POSITION (W/ MIST SW) WITH WIPER SW TURNED TO MIST POSITION, THE CURRENT FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 8 → TERMINAL 2 OF THE WIPER MOTOR → WIPER MOTOR → TO GROUND AND CAUSES THE WIPER MOTOR TO RUN AT LOW SPEED. 5. WASHER CONTINUOUS OPERATION WITH WASHER SW TURNED TO ON, THE CURRENT FLOWS FROM TERMINAL 2 OF THE WASHER MOTOR → TERMINAL 1 → TERMINAL 2 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 1 → TO GROUND AND CAUSES THE WASHER MOTOR TO RUN. AND WINDOW WASHER TO JET. THIS CAUSES THE CURRENT TO FLOW TO WASHER CONTINUOUS OPERATION CIRCUIT (W/ INT SW) IN TERMINAL 4 OF THE WIPER AND WASHER SW → TERMINAL 8 → TERMINAL 2 OF THE WIPER MOTOR → TO GROUND AND THE WIPER FUNCTIONS.

could be your combination switch or " Stalk " ,
its a Moving part that i saw wear out first prior to All others in the wiper circuit system in my Yoda dealership dayz

Not saying U , but A PO may and do get "pissey"
behind the wheel and take it out on whats right in front of them , hence the wear & tear factor

I would check out the switch first, its more common to have an issue with the switch instead of the motor
And careful if you take motor apart, when you pull armature kicks the brushes out, and they become grease contaminated. You also need to insert a slug to keep mag field from glued on magnets failing. Real PITA to restrain brushes when re-installing arm. If you do pull, make sure you clean timing screw gear perfectly before opening motor. Dont lose the detent ball on the end of that pitched screw either. Not worth it on mine, brushes were still ok.
