I am in for the trip. Me plus my dog Sam. Looking forward to it and I will be on vacation.

It will do 57-60 comfortably, haven't gone over monteagle yet :crybaby:. I may save the 40 for spring/summer events, Or at least until I shake it down closer to home (woolys or Wheelin in country)

I have 2!

Damn, Jacob... Nice 4runner! After seeing the XOverland youtube series, those are tight expo trucks...

Well, I will be driving the GX that weekend, but it won't be at the cove. We'll be in south GA for Christmas with my family. I hate that I'll miss this trip.
Plus, Kathy says I can't take it offroad...especially at the Cove. And, yes, that is a nice 4Runner!

Thanks @ugamurph . I hate that you can't be there. Enjoy the time with family.

I'm planning to drive up for this ride. Can someone PM me rendezvous location details?

Generally plan on setting your GPS to Jasper, TN...downtown. Andy's shop is about one block north of the courthouse. I don't know the address but if you see the courthouse, his place opens to a large rectangular parking lot just north of the courthouse...maybe northeast..

Of course downtown is like where I live...not much.

(Andy...if there's a problem with me posting this in the open forum just let me know and I'll take it down).

YES...I would say to anyone...if you are concerned about pinstripes....this is not the place to go...there are some overgrown areas and limbs and brush everywhere...on some of the places...no way to get through there without some scrub. Its not crazy but there's just no way to avoid it.

Also for those with ham radios...look for a solid place to mount your antenna....the antennas will not stay on the roof very long. SOme people have some luck on the hood or fender. The forsest has easten a few of my antennas...I have mine on my back gas can mount and about 2/3 of it is hidden but the limbs still catch it at times. I've resorted to haveing a spare. I was looking for a uhf mount antenna with a spring base...not found one. I think a spring base 2 meter antenna would be the best choice...but few out there. Anyway..just wanted to say something because some folks might be able to alter their setup.
