SILVER Star
Thanks$1800 for the set, so $450 each. Looking on CL, FB, and ebay, the price was reasonable and no shipping involved.

Before I go and reread this entire thread, anyone successfully using these rims on the older LC's (pre-bigger brakes) without spacers?
This 2013 has no issue.

Looks just like my rig. Question: this is the set up I want to do this spring. Perhaps staying with an OEM tire size. How is the performance with this light combo?New to me TRD BBS rims installed. Using published weights - BBS rim 27.7 lbs. + MICHELIN® Defender LTX M/S 2 285/65R18 116T XL BSW 38.4 lbs. = 66.1 lbs.

Understand it's only been on a few days. The acceleration is better, much better. MPG has already jumped up a few. Also the 285/65R18 is 32.6 as opposed to less than 32 for the 285/60R18. I went with the non-OEM size as it's closer to a 33" which fits the 200 well.Looks just like my rig. Question: this is the set up I want to do this spring. Perhaps staying with an OEM tire size. What were you running prior? I am running the OEM tundra tires that came with the wheels.Understand it's only been on a few days. The acceleration is better, much better. HTH.
TRD Rock Warriors with the Toyota recommended size of LT285/70R17. Great combo, but was just looking for a change after almost a decade on them. What were you running prior? I am running the OEM tundra tires that came with the wheels.

The only way I would run that combo is with 4.30 gears. Looks great! I have a set of 5 RW’s. Some day.TRD Rock Warriors with the Toyota recommended size of LT285/70R17. Great combo, but was just looking for a change after almost a decade on them.

Congrats - looks great. I had been keeping an eye out for a set for my '13 but clearly I'm not looking often enough. I'll probably run 275/70/18 like most others.New to me TRD BBS rims installed. This is the combination I am looking for. Do you have a lift? Any rubbing issues with the 285/65/18 michelin's ?New to me TRD BBS rims installed. Using published weights - BBS rim 27.7 lbs. + MICHELIN® Defender LTX M/S 2 285/65R18 116T XL BSW 38.4 lbs. = 66.1 lbs.

Check my sig, as I have the Bilstein 6112/5160 shocks with the OEM strut spacer and the OME trim packer and air bags in the back. So yes a lift, but tame compared to most here on Mud. I scrape the parking garage entrance with my cargo box in the mountains as it is.This is the combination I am looking for. Do you have a lift? Any rubbing issues with the 285/65/18 michelin's ?
I have the 285/60/18 BFG's now, but i am looking for something a little more highway friendly [less noise] as I rarely take the LC off-road to any places the michelin's wouldn't handle.
