I just bought a 67' fj 40 it was in the process if frame off resteration.
frame sand blasted
tub rino coated
front end off a 76' w/ disk brakes
power stearing/ brakes
383 stroker motor/ built, just broke in
turbo 350 tranny w/ tourq converter and shift kit
extra set of 33's
new racing seats
full roll cage
all new electrical
drive shafts cut and balanced
no rust
4" lift
New bumpers front and rear
All I have to do is paint it.I will post pics soon

Looks like a little more than paint required, but definitley a nice platform to work with.

tires are BF Goodrich All-T's. Your right their is work to be done but not much, and tons of new parts were included. It came with receipts for 13k in extras plus a bunch of stuff w/out receipts. The best part is that I only paid 1/3 of that.

Good score. Looking at the pic, where is the brake booster and master cylinder? Otherwise, it looks like some quality work went into it. Enjoy.
