The link may work, but the gift cards do not work online. You have to call in to order, and then they hit you with a service charge..... and waste your time.

Yes, the gift card I received would not work online. The gift card is only good for so many days, so I decided to use it before I forgot about it. I found a nice set of lights that MUD members recommended. Here is what I found.

So, this was Saturday, and online the card would not work. I called in, and they said they were having lots of problems with the cards, and I had to call back on Monday, he said it would be same price,etc. So I did Monday morning, and they could get it to work only if I call in, but then they charge a $9 fee for calling in. I left a message for the guy I talked to on Sat, and later talked to customer service.

Anyway, no one I talk to can do anything with my order, and no returned phone calls to my voicemails I left for the sales guys that I have talked to.

Overall, not impressed with this outfit.

Thanks for the info Kelly.. If any other TAC members have similar issues please bring them to our attention so we can use them as an educational opportunity and see if we (TLCA, BRC and 4wp) can rectify the situation. If they charge $9 to use a gift card it wipes out 35% right off the batt.. add on shipping etc ick.. I do need a headlight housing for the FJ62.... guess i'll have to renew myself.

well i bought an arb ez tire deflator with my gift card. total was 7.39 no shipping or handling. I called 866 585-5337. tried online first but was unable to use the gift card . so I called in my order no problems. that was around dec. 21st
