First Landcruiser 1976 FJ40. Original drivetrain,vintage air,OME suspension,Dakota Digital gauges,BFG 33in AT,retro sound radio,made floor mats from horse stall mats from tractor supply “help with heat and noise”.
I am using the LC as a daily driver and so far am very happy after several thousand miles
Have already found lots of useful info on the site.

I have heard 1976 is the best year to have. Reason is better mechanicals and the frame and body was not as thin as later 1970s and early 1980s. Nice vehicle.
 
I’ve read 1976 was first year for vent windows. The title reads 1976 and it was rebuilt around 2012.
