New shop is moving along, waiting on drains and radiant heat plumbing before concrete.

Looks like the Fummings is getting the prep work done for the future inhabitants!

Good looking structure, I like the windows above the doors for the natural light to come in.

Looks great! Congrats on the new shop.

I hate shed roofs, but yours looks good. Windows above the doors seem to make it look non shedy (if that's even a word). I like that you did proper beam sizing. That should last for generations...

At the time I took the pic, my 80 was still in California. The outside will match the house. It's tall enough for a lift which will go on the right side. Here are some proper pics.

Thank you
Nick

Good to see that. With the style of the old barn beside it, I'd hate to see vinyl or sheet metal siding on that.

is there a reason you didn't overlap your welded wire fabric more? In some places, it looks like it is butted up against each other. Are you pouring fibermesh concrete?

That looks to be just to hold the radiant tubing in place. The reinforcing would actually go over that.

Ha ha, yah, the floor came out nice. Been waiting a week for the electrical inspector to appear before they can move forward.
