Very nice/interesting build gotoy.

What intercooler is that you ended up using? It appears that the intercooler you choose will fit nicely with my stock setup as well (clearance/dimensions). Can you supply part#, donor vehicle description? I have a 1994 KZJ73 with the 1KZ-T and am in the progress of extending its' life span. Installing 2.5" exhaust next weekend. Intercooler is next on agenda and then probably removal of EGR plumbing.

I was looking at air lockers (no compressor installed as of yet) but am interested in the true-trac if I do not go air. If I end up running a compressor I will add train horn trumpets to clear road/trail obstacles.

Update:

1. ARB lockers installed fr and rr.
2. ARB compressor installed under passenger seat.
3. JustDifferentials 4.3 ratio r&p installed.
4. JustDifferentials front shafts and CV installed.

I can't give a part no or model where the intercooler came from.

Basically it just fits nicely in front of the radiator space.

Uprated the coil springs all round to Kings heavy duty. The existing Tough Dog were starting to sag; not sure if that was age or the rating.

Also considering OME Nitrochargers for the new shocks. They were great on the Hilux.

Not sure I like the rough texture on the raptor coated bumper. Have to see how the coating wears. Maybe time for new rear and front bumpers.
