I have a 67 fj. I bought it and it didn't come with a carb on it. Should I get the throttle cable one?

Is it a single barrel carb?
On another note carbs should be shipping today.

Took a closer look and it's a 2 barrel with mechanical linkage. I can send picture if needed.

Oh I know just wasn't sure where I was in line to how many you got in
Talked to the guy who I bought it from. He took the carb off years ago to rebuild it and it's in a box somewhere. He said that it had a newer engine and transmission put in from a 71 or 72.

I have a 78 FJ40 that needs a new carb. Not sure which carb I need to buy. Here are a couple pics of my carburetor, can you please tell me which carburetor would fit my cruiser?

You will need the one I sell for 271. Couple things to know. You will be capping off at the frame rail or at the gas tank the fuel return line that bolts to the side facing the valve cover. You will also need to modify the wire going to the fuel solenoid so it connects to my carb. Other than that it's pretty much a bolt on affair.
