Did you notice the knuckles in the background? I finally got them finished. I put the lower trundle bearing on the cap before I installed the cap! That cost me a week to get a new bearing. I don't know what I was thinking when I did that.

Got to ask a goofy question to you guys...Of course when I ask it you will know what a newbie I am to this rebuilding stuff...ok, I purchased one of these kits to use in my upcoming rebuild...do I paint over them ..or will they maintain their color unpainted?

Here are some pics of the flanged indented JIS.

All of the M6 sizes are indented, and the M8 x 30 and x 35 are indented.

The M10 & M8 x 20 and x 25 are flat on the top as pictured in the first post.

(Edit: this varies with the particular shipment, please let me know if you have to have a certain size indented)

The flanged "kit" would be $180 + shipping. Shipping would be whatever flat rate USPS envelope or box I could get them into.

These are yellow zinc plated, I am not sure of the quality, I don't have a pressure washer to test with, any other method?

you won't regret it. I would recommend a latching organizer. I found one at Lowes. Really nice to put the kit on my rolling cart and wheel it around as I work.
