Hi everybody!

I`m quite new to this excellent forum and hoping for some advice.
I`ve got a LJ73 and have installed Prado 90 (short 3-door) series seats, front and back, looking for seat cover, something that looks and feels like OE.
Came across these on ebay:

seat cover prado 90 neopren | eBay

Is there anyone here who has tried these and willing to share their opinion/experiences before I order a set, from the pictures they look great I think, thanks in advance.

I've bought covers from these guys and the profiles look similar.

General quality has been good, they've been in the vehicle (Troopcarrier VDJ78) for 3 years now. The fit for the front seats was fairly good, although they could have done with some extra straps. The rear seat was a horrible fit, so I had it replaced, but I still have issues with losing seatbelts because the replacements don't fit properly either.

I know guys that have used and been happy with thewetseat and their pricing was pretty similar. I'll probably deal with them for my replacements.

Thank you for sharing your experiences! I appreciate you took the time to share :)

Would anyone be using these on the BJ74 suspension seats by chance?
Those sure look like the same seat as the BJ74. Any idea? I'd really like to get a
set as well.
In the US there is WetOkole neoprene seat
covers, originally out of Hawaii but now manufactured in California. They look like good quality and they have a fit for almost anything, except for cars not available in N America

I would love to have WetOkole make a set for mine. Interesting that they are in California now. I might have to explore a custom set, if they'd be willing.

Where are you? Look at their website, they make a lot of covers for all makes and models. Not economically viable to ship the stuff to the islands and then ship it back. Makes it too
expensive.

Well... Japan for now, but plan on being in California next year. I know that doesn't exactly speed the process along, but might be worth the wait.

Just managed to make contact with them, and so far they seem to be the right choice for me.

From the e-mail I received: "You will be pleased to learn that you have also reached the manufacturer of the genuine Toyota seat cover, your guarantee of a perfectly fitting cover for your Toyota."
They are cross checking patterns before we close the deal :) excited!

I'm building a BJ74 convertible right now so really interested thewetseat. I've managed to find a set of suspension seats and waterproof covers would be great
