I installed the 2015 FJ60 version. I recall reading a description that it would work on a 62. Mmmmmmm?

I imagine the FJ60 version would fit fine on a FJ62 but you'd need to run an external fuel pump. Unless they centralized the design and the FJ60 tank can do both now (mine couldn't)

Got a chance to put a few hours on the 60 today.

Driver's slide light bucket & hardware; finally installed Dave's grille, woot:

And hopefully this will be one of the last night jobs in front of our soon to be old house. So can't wait to get into the new property and utilize the s*** out of the new garage.

Looks fantastic, Shane. I really like the black on silver and those headlamps.

@Juggernaught - much appreciated. I can't remember who first told me but they were more than correct in saying, "It's a true labor of love".

Axles & front/rear brake upgrades are next. Interior after that. Final stage will be the motor - unless the 2F detonates =)

I haven't gone through all 30 pages of your build (but I will!) and it look like an awesome rig.

I didn't see you mention it but did you get the FJ60 or 62 long range tank? Reason I ask is because I had the FJ60 tank and when I finally swapped to the 5.3L I kept burning out external fuel pumps when I got around 1/2 tank full and on moderate offroad climbs...even quality Walbro pumps would die when I was off-road/off camber etc....there doesn't seem to be enough baffling in them.

It was a bummer but I had to buy another tank and get the 62 version with an in tank fuel pump
Apologies Shane for Hijack
Having a similar issue with my Repower. Do you have the make and model # of pump used.
