Need HF2A Spline Tech Specs

Building an adapter to go from dodge/jeep 23 spline to 19 spline Toyota HF2A. I have the patterns done, but I’m struggling to find the spline technical information that I can pass onto the machine shop.

I’m looking for pressure angles, moment, precise OD/ID, all that stuff for Toyota & dodge.

Let me know anyone has that info. I’ve tried pinging a few vendors that produce those shafts for info but no luck.

Otherwise I’ll have to reverse engineer and free source all adapters jk

Reach out to axis industries to see if they make what you are after. They used to sell adapters (case AND spline) to adapt the Landcruiser T-cases behind 23 spline jeep trans.

I haven't seen this advertised anywhere so I figured I'd pass it on - Axis Industries, who's been making all the Cummins R2.8 adapters, just put out this kit to use the 60-series splitcase behind 23-spline Jeep transmissions, like the NSG370, NV3550, even autos like the 8-speeds that come behind the newer Hemi's and mini-diesels. TR4050 too which looks like a very nice transmission. Additionally, I'd wager this should work behind a Dodge Gas-version (23 spline output) Nv4500 without having to mod the transmission, unlike the AA kit that replaces the tailhousing.

Yes, I’ve contacted them about it, but they needed a 10 quantity at $1500 or one at $5500. They have actually removed the kit after I contacted them about it, so I’m forced to make my own kit
