I have a new found friend who has moved from a 4Runner to a 96 80 series and has an oil leak. An independent shop diagnosed it a a timing cover leak. I think it's more than likely an oil pump seal, but can't seam to search and find any results of the many treads covering this information . Not sure why this so common an issue is so hard to recover from the data base, but would appreciate any help with a link that I can pass off to my friend.
