All 3 very rough but beautiful all the same! Pick the one with the best frame and use the other two to get it running. Part out what you don’t use. Don’t worry about body work or paint at all…unless you need to fix the driver door plan so you don’t Fred Flinstone it. Since you are mechanically inclined just make it run well…who cares what it looks like. For almost all of the serviceable items go to Cruiser Outfitters. After it is running and you drive it for a while…and then decide to keep it, well at that point you can think about more work.

Pretty much all they need to run! If they're put away right 🤔😏😉. My Fj40 sat for 6 years and that's all it took, plus some Marvel Mystery oil in the Spark plug holes. I did change oil and anti- freeze before I let it sit 🤔😏😳😉

It was so amazing to my heart to hear it fire up.

It only ran for 15 seconds before I shut it down. I did a quick check of the oil level. All was good.

I’ll gas it up tomorrow and see if I cam run it long enough to check it out.

I came home to find my other two 55’s in the driveway.
It appears I bought a 1969; a 1971, and a 72. The 71 has a disc brake front under it????
One thing I was not aware of and is a little confusing, only the 72 has a transfer case lever. Are the others single speed transfer cases?
