so I have been running my new exhaust for a little over a month, magnaflow Y-pipe,2.5" all the way out and over the frame.. love it ..
But i have been seeing a few CEL codes go on and off: 125 ( insufficient coolant for closed loop.), 401(egr flow restricted), 130, 133..

I changed the EGR and the Code has persisted, headed out to go check the resistance in the O's.

the 125 how ever seemed to come right after i got my exhaust done is this just a coincidence?

So I haven't had much time lately and the 80 has been sitting and waiting for me to check a few things..

I have been getting p0130/133 codes, O2 sensors, I got a chance to check the resistance they ohm out at 13 and 13.1.. That is in range ( 11-16 ohms) not sure what to check next..

how old are your O2 sensors? since you ran w/o a cat for a while the engine wasn't managing fuel correctly since you likely weren't using both O2's. it's possible that they're fouled...they could ohm out OK, but if the sensor itself is fouled from running too rich for too long, they might just need to be replaced. good thing is that it's only the upstream sensor throwing codes. Something else to check prior to sensor replacement though...exhaust leaks and check any of the wiring to the o2 sensor you can see for any cuts that might cause it to not get a good connection with the PCM.

You could also check vacuum leaks; this could impact your egr and maybe (though not likely) your o2 sensor codes. I do think your coolant code was just a coincidence if the coolant level is in fact low.

Getting to it finally..
Here are the bumper parts laid out.

I shimmed out the frame brackets to account for paint when the time comes.

Then my phones died..
I will catch up some more tomorrow.

Looks fantastic!

I'm sure I've asked you this before, but did you remove your factory rear cross member?

The bumper looks mighty fine!

I like the solution for the recovery points. Looks great man.

Fixed my p0401 code, we'll see how long it stays away..

Pulled a sensor from the intake and sucked in some seafoam and let it sit for a few and the started it up drove it around, cleared the code and drove some more no CEL.

Also rolled 220k tonight, feels good!

I'm just starting to look for a spindle. It's so nice to wait and watch someone else do the research and then make up my mind. I had thought about using an old hub off of a early FJ40 but its probably 3x the weight.

I got to spend some time out in the garage tonight and earlier in the week I pick up a bunch of scrap aluminum from a friend sheet metal shop, so I thought I would spend some quality time with my new spool gun and see what kind of mess I could make with it..
