here are a few pictures.

1st one is before i bought it.. when it be came mine it was minus the rack plus a rear bumper with a tire swing out.

2nd-4th after i had it for a week maybe... i did a bit of damage wheeling, popped a flare and bent the bumper pretty bad..

ditching the flares

So after i popped the one flare i thought the rest should go..

I did feel like welding up the holes so i just used some fiber glass on the inside of the body and filled the front side with Marglass, gave it a quick sand and shot it with some raptor liner that i had tinted to match the gray interior.

I had to take the sliders off to line everything i wanted to, they are going to be replaced with some ARB steps.. a little friendlier for around tow use and the look sweet.
the old sliders are looking for a new home if anyone knows a place..

Prior to doing the liner I scored a ARB rack that you see in the pictures...

bumper time

With the Damage to rear fixed i needed to turn my attention to a new rear bumper..
I took some time and drew one up in CAD had it cut and formed at a local sheet metal house and then welded it up.

Now that's what I call the right attitude!

Had to be quite a whack to bend stuff like that...

New bumper looks great...nice work DIY-ing it!

Found a suspect wheel bearing and the knuckles are starting to click a bit so I am going to rebuild the front end today...

It also made sense to regear at the same time..easiest sales pitch ever, told the :princess: that it would save time if I just did it now. So I picked up some 4:88's from cruiseroutfitters yesterday and in they will go.

I'll post up some pictures after we are all done.

Very Sweet color/texture combo.

So rebuilding the front end, new tie rod ends and 4:88's turned into a marathon.. 12 hrs later I drove home with out a front drive shaft.. I will be picking up rear gears some time this week and doing the install this week as well if I can manage it..
Here are a few pictures from the first part of the day when my phone had battery..

Strange that is what I use mine for as well. Must have deleted the picture from my phone. Use the winch, easier on the truck.

Honda Trail 90 & fellow 80 Owner! They are cool little bikes.
I've been thinking about adding a project 40 if I just had somewhere to work on it and store it.

How much to purchase those CAD prints for Rear Bumper?
Promise to make only one copy

I think I use my winch more around the yard than I do off-road.. Work smarter not harder.. I think I may have a teaching session with the wife on how to use the winch and recovery gear pulling out the other bush..

Any inquiries about cad for the bumper please pm me with a email and phone number..
