Working fine on my end

Are you behind a firewall?

I am but never had a problem seeing pictures before. Its not blocking them.

I get this error when I click on them.

Field 'userfiles_dir' does not exist in data/settings/upl_settings.php

The pics show up for me.

Where did you find the cone air intake?

It was Google Chrome messing it up, looks just as good as a Safari snorkle. Is it a Prefilter on the top?

Odd, I only use Chrome and they work fine :hhmm:

That pre filter looks good, really the only reason I want a snorkel is the ability to have a pre cleaner.

Did you order from jdm-motorparts?

Snake, love how the snorkel turned out... I actually took my snorkel to my local Rhino-liner and they tried to just spray it doesn't sound like they tried to prep it at all. What kind of prep did you do before you lined yours?

Know what version they sprayed (TuffGrip, HardLine or SolarMax) or if they sprayed a UV top coat?

I used to be a Rhino dealer and basic spray doesn't have enough UV protectant and will fade within a year if the UV top coat is not applied

As for prep, I scuffed everything using 3M Scotchbrite (red), gave it a wash, blow dried, wiped down with prep-sol, air dried, then gave it a coat of PPG One Choice (plastic adhesion promoter), let it flash for about 20 minutes, then sprayed the Raptor and baked for 45 minutes

Gotta be prepped right or it just won't last :meh:

Looks great I should be getting mine in the next week. I ordered from the same guy on Ebay. How much did you clean/prpe before lining?
Thanks

I don't have a clue what they tried to use, I was in the area of the shop so I just thought I would drop in to see if they had made any progress and I saw it sitting on their table. Thought to myself that they hadn't gotten to it yet, NBD. Guy comes out and says the liner won't stick to it. No prep, looked just like when I dropped it off. I might just install it and see how it goes for the first year if it starts to fade take it off prep it and take it in then.

Thanks for the help!

Sounds like they don't have a clue what they're doing

Not surprised

When my shop first became a Rhino dealer, there was virtually no training involved in the process :o

We have since found that the DIY liners (Raptor, Rock-it, Scorpion, etc.) are all better and less expensive

That being said, even with no prep, any liner would at least stick enough to leave a sloppy mess :hhmm:

If yours still looks the same as when you dropped it off, then they probably didn't even try :meh:

OK, lasered some plates for the blank Safari oval

The plan is to roll them, bed line in tan and screw them in place :)

I also have the centers for the letters which will most likely be glued :hhmm:

Awesome  I want one for the wing of the ARB. How much cash monies? :D
