My dream tow rig.

I have always wanted to do the exact same thing but with a 45 pickup. I really don't have any photoshop skills, actually I just downloaded photoshop last night and started playing around. Here is what I have come up with.

Yeah, I have been thinking about this for a while. It is very tempting now that you can buy all of the sheetmetal from Heritage. I have seen the Heritage tubs and they are very nice. I think with (2) FJ45 tubs, some careful cutting and 4 doors you could have a wicked "Megacab" FJ45. My plan is to start working on it once I get my 55 done. 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins, automatic tranny (Alison or 48RE) and NV271.

I was just thinking the same thing. Killer tow rig like a 5.9, 6 speed, dana axles or something like that. Carrie really wants a rig, I told her I would "build her one" one day. Boy that would be sweet! Andre

Hey I know I posted this up for ideas, but don't be stealing it

I actually have all of the parts in excel and am just waiting for the time to get started. If you are really interested I also talked to Matkins Extreme about building a taller/wider/longer frame.
