I took them to a shop and had them bentHow did you bend the fenders?
I had no plans I just figured it out as i went . I have been practicing my welding and i know how to weld But i am not a welder . Only thing i would suggest is get a 220 welder . I kick myself for getting the 110 . I will get a 220 next and take the 110 with me on trips For just in case repairs . Start with your axle and wheel Tire combo and go from there . Making the frame really is the easy part . all the little stuff like latches and lights is what takes a little time . I have had fun though with it .Looks like a great job to me Sir. I am considering starting one also. You give me hope. I have not MIG welded at all but I have done some oxy/act brazing and cutting with a torch. Did you have any metal fabrication or a welding background? Did you work form a set of plans?
14 gauge steel .@Firemedic831 Looks great. I just picked up a frame to start with as a base. What did you skin yours with?
Nope . Elsie would not be to happy if i left her lol .Good looking trailer. I see Elsie in the trailer. I see Elsie in the snow at the lake. I see an empty trailer, did you leave Elsie at the lake? Just kidding but I thought I would ask.
