Your call. The four speed is a nice transmission with better ratios and a synchronized first gear. You have to come to a complete stop to shift into first with the three speed. Otherwise, it's a fine transmission.

loved my 34x9.50 I ran on my samurai. they pull hard and clean out fast. if they had made a 34x 10.50 i probably never would have changed out my axles to run 36x12.50s.. well that's a lie i caught the bug..bad

i believe the super swamper LTB come in a 34x 10.50

So I have laid down the grille, gotten the fan, fan shroud, radiator, radiator shroud, and intake/exhaust manifolds off. Ready to pull the motor.

Well I have a 1978 2F on an engine stand that I'm cleaning up to repaint. I'm having the head ported and polished and a Holley Truck Avenger 600cfm or 470 cfm carb will be on it. As with anything major besides sanding and priming the body and getting a few rust spots welded up... I work on a drilling rig in the gulf of Mexico and our company is doing a lot of laying off so the project will be on hold until I find a better job.
