It was a sad day when B&B closed their doors as I was literally heading there to have a complete exhaust built up. So…

Anyone have a good Mom and Pop exhaust shop they like?

Preferably in Austin and not south Waco .

I went to Muffin Muffler last week to replace a cat and muffler itself on my 100 and would absolutely recommend them, did good work and got it done pretty quickly.
Kind of hidden back off behind Yost.

Cool. Closer to me for sure.

I’m getting a driveshaft balanced and spiders replaced today, was weighing either Scotty’s or the one in Buda. Was leaning towards Scotty’s just because it was somewhat near Muffin.

I may dip in the SoCo just for a vibe check on the way to Muffin.

I’ll report my findings and opinion of the two.

SOCO radiator and muffler has my vote. I've been working with those guys for years on various rigs. They've done several fuel tank/radiator repairs and have done a couple exhausts for me. Solid crew there.

I would do Mufflin mufflers. They are off Lamar and work is excellent
