Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Any particular salesperson?
Never a sales person. Always start through chat window and internet department. Do it during working hours so you have a live person who can go talk to a manager. They will assign a sales person after to do the paper work. After an initial contact, the conversation will move very quickly to text messages / phone. I had the deal agreed within 30 minutes.

So I'm in touch with these guys and going to try and replicate. Was your 80.4 OTD or before taxes?

Edit: Just heard back. Not willing to replicate. Offered ~6k off MSRP on a two row HE. Good data point, nonetheless.

Too bad they are not willing to haggle. One more person was asking for help last week so maybe saw a spike in interest. The price was before all taxes and fees.

Best I could do on a base was $5,300 off MSRP. I could have expanded dealers and inventory 8-10hrs away and potentially saved a other $2.5k, but 2mi from the house was worth a lot to me. Plus I didn’t have to worry about any funny games on trade-in or fees after a long drive.

I jumped on this but all three vehicles are 3 row (I'm looking for a 2 row). If you're looking for a 3 row HE I haven't found a better price in the 6 weeks I've been looking.
I thought all 21 HE’s only have two rows.

Local dealer has a 2018 with 91k(!) miles for 58k. Not much service history on the carfax. Seems high, although if I could stand another black LC I’d probably go look at it.

I must be in some database that says charge MSRP, he will cave eventually. Not getting anywhere with dealers.

Call Szott Toyota and speak with Dave Radcliffe. dradcliffe@szotttoyota.com Tell him you heard it from the guy who bought from Colorado. I purchased the last week of January for a very low price on a base with all weather mats. He doesnt want me to post the price, call him and tell him what you want to pay and see what he can do. The are a small, family dealer and willing to order one (while they can). I think @unclemat calls them "backwater" dealers! lol Good Luck!

Last week I sold 2016 white / terra w/78k miles/ 3rd owner, clean carfax for $55k private party. I received 12 offers via email from CL and one person actually came to see the car. They bought it, listed for 11 days.

I extended my search for a 2016-2017 out a little bit from New England and contacted two dealers in NJ that had good looking LX's at good prices. Both of them jerked me around in email. When I finally got pricing on one, I couldn't believe it:

$59,898 - internet listing
$ 1,495 - Pre-certification
$ 1,495- reconditioning and dealer's prep
$ 880 - Dealer's destination charge

And the other one insisted on charging me for DMV registration even though I handle the registration myself at my town hall. I am done with NJ.

OMG lol

2021 White/Terra - $79,377 OTD from Wilsonville Toyota in Oregon (no haggle dealership and no tax!!) but spent extra $900 on paint protection film on bumpers, hood, sides, and door trims. Great price and purchased remotely.

Has anyone had any experience buying a new 2020 model? I’m wondering if dealers are trying to move them and this offering more of a discount.
