Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I’m helping a friend sell off his cruiser collection and we are having trouble pricing vehicles accordingly . What’s this rust free 2018 62k miles with transferable warranty going for ?

Somewhere between $100 and $200. I'll take it! Sorry, Couldn't help myself. Great looking rig. I recently sold a 2017 with 9K miles for just over $80K.

Not sure TBH.

And Landcruisers are an odd beast in that they hold so much value for so long. For instance, that 2016. Savvy buyers could pick up new LCs for invoice or even slightly less than that back then. So let's say the vehicle was $70 to $75K brand new. Now, 8 years and 80K miles later, they're still asking over $50K for it. And it's a midwest vehicle so it's not like what you'd be used to seeing in TX, or what I was used to seeing in California when I lived there.

I'd be inclined to buy on the Mud classifieds from a seller with a good reputation and history. Or maybe something like Carvana where you get a 7-day return period.
Would getting a truck from a Toyota dealer with a CPO warranty be worth anything extra that they bake into the price? I'm looking closely at a 2017 with 85k miles at a dealer in the South. Zero rust, 8-9/10 interior, Toyota CPO warranty. Sounds like I can get it for just under $50k + TTL. So like $53k out the door. I would fly down there and drive it home.

Does this buddy have another mint condition 100 series in his collection he's looking to sell? 😂 asking for a friend

If this is 1-owner, it'll probably move for 68k, but only one way to find out.

To me it'd be worth something.

Funny you said that , because yes he did . I think it had 50k miles or so? It sold for 40k

This seems pretty good.

2017, 100k, $54k from OR, in WA, just a minor accident on Carfax. White over terra.

I've been chatting with this dealer a bit, they're still trying to sell it. Anyone in the Tacoma area looked at this one in person?? It's been on Cargurus and Autotrader for a couple months, down to $48k now. Seems low for a 2017 with seemingly nothing wrong with it?

Just FYI incase people see it, this appears to be a scam.

The "dealer" just registered their website this month, the pictures are from a carsandbids auction from 2022 and the address for the dealer doesn't appear to be any sort of dealership. The carfax shows clean but every vehicle on their website is way under normal market values. Buyer beware, unfortunately there doesnt appear to be a way to report these things to carfax easily.
Additional PSA on this. I bit on this and spoke to someone there about the vehicle. When I pressed for it to be taken to a Toyota dealer for inspection, I was told that I had 7 days after purchase to have it inspected and if the result was unsatisfactory I could return. When I pressed for the Toyota dealer inspection, the vehicle became sold all of the sudden. I still see it listed.
Do you homework, always!

found a good deal on a LC here in Tampa. A little more than I wanted to spend for my rig since I plan do do some mods after purchase. Send me a DM if you would like someone to do an in person inspection.

I was extremely interested in this one, when I inquired with them they said they would not work with me because I lived out of state. The message I got from the sales manager was " we are no longer doing out-of-state-deals", as "part of their new corporate policy".

You can always pull the part time Floridian card. We have many of those here.

Holy Smokes! 52k miles a year.
He filled up 1500 times
He spent $120k in fuel alone
(160k if he lived in CA)
