Agreed that this seems like a pretty good deal for a 2019, but anything 2016 or newer is going to be essentially the same so you may have to shift in your range to find a deal like this again. Get a third party mechanic inspection to confirm accidents (e.g., was this person just a bad parker or actually crashed at speed) and buy if clean.

That one has been on auto trader / Craigslist for a very long time for what it’s worthIf anyone is looking at this '14 Land Cruiser I'd really vet it out and preferably look it in person before buying. I was looking to buy it, but since I was out of state I asked for as many pictures and service history has possible. The salesman was very short and impatient and kept pushing to make the sale, but since it was a NY truck, I wanted lots of undercarriage photos. He sent 3x poor photos of the undercarriage and wouldn't give me any service history past 2017. I even asked for more clear photos and he told me I was being unreasonable and that I kept backing out of the deal. It might be a perfectly good truck, but I just couldn't trust the guy.

Thoughts on this one??? 2017 55k miles, 2 owners, 2 minor/moderate accidents (front/rear/right front again) Oil changes pretty much on time, diff fluids changed. At a dealer local asking $61k. I would trade my 2010 LX in on it. My LX has 112k all fluids/Water pump/brakes done. I have owned a couple different LX, never a Landcruiser. Would be my "last" vehicle. TYIA!!
Wow this thread dropped to #20 on the page! Seems like there has been a lot of posting on older listings that have not sold.
I would make sure to understand the nature of the accidents, but otherwise fair-ish price. Hard to value these because most 2017s have much higher mileage (nearing 100K).
Just curious what dealership is offering on your trade…if you don’t mind sharing.
UPDATE: I ended up going with a 2016 LX 570 with 78k miles at $49K. Was able to get one with 1 owner and TX owned its whole life. Love the Land Cruiser but couldn't justify paying for the badge.....also the LX drives soooo smooth. Thanks everyone for the feedback
Congrats! Fair price, nice to have the one owner and clean state. LX definitely a much better value, and I think the air bags concern is overhyped for those that aren't going to own these to 300K miles (knock on wood so I do not get karma). Hard to decide on the LC when it is $5-10K more expensive than LX.
I didn’t know there were issues with airbags on the LX570. Why would those be any different than the Land Cruiser?
EDIT: Just realized you’re probably talking about AHC (which is a hydraulic system that supplements the suspension unlike the GX series which has an air suspension). FWIW I hear it’s no problem if it’s maintained correctly, and my 100 series is certainly still trucking along with a great ride quality at 200K miles with AHC, although I’m aware the system is more complex on the 200 series. I personally wish they had it on the LC model for the 200 series, that would be the ultimate 200

Just picked this beauty up from a dealer in Tampa! It is a 2017 and has 73,260 miles. I paid 53k. No rust, good maintenance history. Only issues are one headlight has moisture in it and one of the rear screens doesn't work. I'll be removing the screens so no big deal there. Debating on trying to re-seal the headlight before ordering one.
here's the 200 series pricing ranges from cars.com for today. Perhaps not surprisingly, there's still big outliers >= 2019. dealers are still hoping to avoid taking a bath on overpaying for them.

As a 20-something with my heart somewhat set on a 200 Series, this graph is super helpful. I’m currently in my 2000 4Runner that I’ve owned since high school but I’m daydreaming of owning a 2013 or 2014 200 sometime in the year ahead.
If any of you wiser and more experienced Cruiserheads have advice for me on making this dream a reality, I’m all ears.
I'm waiting on the new 250/GX to come out and get eyes/hands on one to see if its right for me. Those hitting hte lots as well as interest rates remaining elevated will continue to apply downward pressure against pricing.
If I were currently in the market for a 200, i would 100% wait right now. You've got nothing to lose by waiting 2-6 months to get while the getting should (in theory) be better than the last several years for 200's.
