Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

How much would you pay for a 2017 LC with 162000 miles, southern car?

Like no more than $40k. What are they asking? Whats the condition?

Thats a good amount of miles.

Thank you!!

From my understand the silver with 3rd row is RARE
Great purchase! Congratulations! I think it is the best color, but I am very biased!

Yes it is rare, I don’t know of the breakdown of 3rd and non 3rd, but 3 rows sell much easier.

All being said, I have a tough time believing that there were only 160 or so total silver HE’s, that is only ~3 per state on average. I would believe a number between 3 and 400 and that is still very few. Heck, including new ones I probably looked at (online and in person) at 30 before buying one and knew of 4 different Silver ones in my town at one time, although I think only mine is remaining.

Any build plans or just drive and enjoy?

Plans are tint front and windshield. Running boards for the kids. I had a 2019lc200 that I put bfg’s on and didn’t not like the ride. I’m going to try to keep this unmodified. Hoping the bug doesn’t hit me. I go through phases.

Slee or Dissent slider steps over oem running boards for function.

That's old hot chocolate on the ground, not oil!

Was that the one at the Land Rover Asheville dealership? If so nice truck and a very fair deal!

If thats dissent I wouldn’t mind some more angles of it. Specially the front rocker taper that has to be modified on my truck.

I'll take some more and send to you. Really like the dissents.

eBay auction ended: 2008 LC, 130K, for $29,050. VIN: JTMHY05J585003035

Seems like a pretty fair deal, thought it might go lower than just do to age and the fact things are not moving super fast right now. Not many lower mileage 08's out there if that is what you are looking for, this would have been a great build!

Nice looking truck! I am biased though. If you want to see what it'd look like with Budbuilt sliders, check out some of the pics I have posted. They're bolt on too - no drilling into the precious frame.

Another BaT listing not selling. 2008, 125K miles, nice mods inc lift and bumper plus winch. Bid to $25K and did not meet minimum. JTMHY05J084001456. Had some surface rust though in my mind not that bad otherwise fairly clean. Thought this would have gotten bid up to $30K with reserve maybe optimistically high at $35K. Maybe market is softening a little bit here on the older and higher mileage as demand slows down.

I thought 28k was fair. Seller possibly only had it for 7 months. They are likely into it over $30k.

This is starting to become a reality. If you bought in the last 12-18 months, it might be hard to turn a profit on your old land cruiser unless you picked it up for cheap.

What're your guys' thoughts on newer ('16+) LC prices in the near future? There's a lot of buzz out there about used car prices in general finally starting to soften up.
I personally think that recent rate hikes may have an effect on more-expensive-than-average used vehicles (in this case, final refresh landcruisers). Wholly admitting my bias though as I'm soon in the market for one - although my preferred color combo doesn't appear to be for sale currently!
Also - this is my first post. Hello
