Thanks! I’ve been looking for a while for something different. There are a fair number of those colors out there and I wanted to be different! HahaI sure love a 200 that is not white, black or some version of gray. Nice find with a unique color.

Newspaper? Just list it on bring a trailer. Would definitely watch that auction! To me the color was worth more, so I paid a premium to get what I wanted. There are others out there that do the same. Funny thing, I did have some inquiries about the vehicle from the Mud community, and they showed interest and were pleasant. Unfortunately, there are those with thin skins out in the World, with a few here who cannot look beyond a comment, and get emotionally upset about it.
I had the ad removed because of the confrontation of a few individuals. As you said, the market will speak for itself. Maybe I'll relist it here again, maybe I'll put it in the local newspaper that shares classifieds with Aspen and Vail newspapers and other Western slope towns? Maybe I'll just keep it and enjoy it?
And to those genuinely looking for a 200, good deals are out there, just like there was a few months ago when I was looking. Just need to keep searching and don't give up.

I’m also watching the Atlanta market. Thought I found the perfect 100 until I made the dealer send me the ACC garage inspection report- hard pass. At least two of those 200’s ( the white and gray 2008 lc’s) are awah auto sales. He normally has 1-3 cruisers. My understanding is he’s a wholesaler picking them up as dealer trades before they go to auction. I really liked one he had about 4 months ago, but if it’s not on the carfax, there aren’t any additional records and the couple I’ve thought were pretty decent deals had lived up north before the last owner or two had them in GA.There are over 10 cheap 200 series trucks for sale in the Atlanta area and I am starting to passively watch for another one. I bought my 2011 LC eight years ago with 68k on it for $38,000 and my 2011 LX with 88k on it four years ago for $28,000 then prices went stupid. It seems they are finally correcting. There is a plentiful supply gathering for $20,000 and up again in the Atlanta area. Facebook marketplace has some real interesting options right now! Looking and I figure 2-3 quarter this year I will pick up a 15k beater with 200k on it to let my son drive! I missed out on a really nice red 2009 LX WITH 180k for 17,500 last week!
Funny thing is he already said he “might” in the comments of another BaT listing. Maybe he should put his money where his mouth is and let’s see what the market brings.Newspaper? Just list it on bring a trailer. Would definitely watch that auction!
Not the owners fault that Toyota (for the most part) only offered it in black, white, silver, or gray lol. I think a couple shades of blue and red, a green, and a tan/brown would all suit the LC just fine.I sure love a 200 that is not white, black or some version of gray. Nice find with a unique color.
FYI you should include mileage too, while it is slightly less relevant this one is a higher mileage one (though pretty standard mileage, tbh). $57K, 90K miles, 2017. I would probably go a year or two older for the price drop but seems pretty in line with what market is asking right now. Hard to know how much rust / corrosion this one would have.
Registered my '10 not long after picking it up, 200k miles on it, assessed value at registration was just under $30k when she looked it up...Yeah, I bought my 2000 for a killer deal, but tax office did some math and had to pay the tax on the market price! I think this is better because may have now learned to cheat the system so the gov started thinking... humm...
New ones I looked at in 2021 were significantly more than $80k.
But that's a great deal if you pick one up for that price!
In a few days we'll see what the market will bear:

5k-Mile 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser URJ200 Heritage Edition
Bid for the chance to own a 5k-Mile 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser URJ200 Heritage Edition at auction with Bring a Trailer, the home of the best vintage and classic cars online. Lot #98,281.bringatrailer.com
Plus the 5k buyers premium. So the market on a 5k mile HE is 102k. I think this puts a 20k mile one with some bumps/scratches around the mid/high 80s, at most. I want to see the silver HE on BaT.Sold for $97,000
I ended up finally getting a chance to see this one up close. Interior had been well-used by a family. Lots of stains that the poor detail guys couldn't get out. I was digging the all leather steering wheel. That was nice compared to the crappy wood one that's usually on these.I think I’m posting buyer beware on this one..

198,775 miles
2008, white, one owner in CA, seemingly well maintained.
At 198,665 miles while in SoCal, owner took it in to the Toyota dealer down there for a misfire, low coolant, and lots of lights. They recommended R/R Headgasket after a failed block test (exhaust gas in coolant)
Owner had it towed to his British repair shop in NorCal where, according to the current dealer, coil packs were replaced and all was well. But then the owner traded it in to the Toyota dealer.
Further service at the current dealer includes new water pump, front and rear brakes, rear left door lock actuator, and two new non-matching tires on the front.
I asked the current dealer specifically to ask the staff mechanic what testing they did to confirm or reject the head gasket diagnosis and he did not ask and refused to ask - only refers to carfax history. I’ll still try and force a new block test and check for other signs, but I still haven’t been able to see the vehicle as it’s been at service since last Friday even though they posted it for sale.
It’s kind of a cool spec since it doesn’t have the Upgrade Package, but with a possible unresolved head gasket and a selling dealer that’s just blowing smoke, it might be more trouble than it’s worth.

2 posts on this beauty, sorry if I missed it, what are they asking for this jewel????I ended up finally getting a chance to see this one up close. Interior had been well-used by a family. Lots of stains that the poor detail guys couldn't get out. I was digging the all leather steering wheel. That was nice compared to the crappy wood one that's usually on these.
I made the technicians do a block test in front of me, and while they didn't hold it on there as long as I wanted, 5-10 minutes, the blue fluid didn't appear to change color - so I guess that passes. It did lighten up a little, but it certainly didn't change to yellow and didn't really move toward green, either.
During the test drive it drove pretty well, but the center diff lock was super slow to come unlocked. Usually had to reverse the drivetrain to get it out (both under 4HI and 4LO usage). Maybe it just needs to be exercised more, but on one test when I hit the button to lock going down a straight road at like 30 mph, it clunked real bad repeatedly and was enough to make me step away.
As soon as I told my salesperson the news he immediately changed his attitude toward me and called his coworker and said to call the next in line.
If it's someone on here, enjoy your truck. It's really not that bad but I'm picky.
