Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I'm trying to find a 200 to upgrade in size from my wife's current Lexus RX, and I've seen a few 08-10's in the 27-30k listed price range but 175k-200k miles. With proper service records or budgeting for cooling system and maybe other deferred maintenance, is anyone worried at that mileage?

Short answer- No. Toyota makes million mile motors, and their trannies are darn good too. Only thing that can kill a 100 or a 200 is rust or a wreck… or an oil embargo.

If you don't need the offroad functionality, I would consider a highlander. believe internal space is very similar to LC.

Worried? No.

But hell, if you feel more at peace with a lower mileage vehicle, be patient and keep looking!

Or a new Sienna. Those things are freakin' awesome. I tried to convince my wife to get one but she won't drive a minivan. I told her I'd even daily the Sienna and she could have the LC but no dice.

Here it is on autotrader. 2016 LC . So far the flaws are : Steering wheel leather is torn in some places, per the seller it was caused by hand sanitizer. And another flaw, per the seller, is that the right hand back body panel was keyed badly by someone so he had to get it fixed, they ended up painting the entire panel. I am going to schedule PPI to check on the other stuff. lets see. Just wanted to check here with the experts to ensure i am not over paying for today's market.

A 60 dollar steering wheel cover will work, mine got the same dumb peeling.

Thoughts on this 2008 that came up for sale, 2008 LC?

Rear shock mount recently replaced, East coast car (MA, CT), unsure about rust waiting for more photos. Anything specific I should be looking for as a non-DD snow trip, camping vehicle coming to CA?
