Military Trailor help with year I may sell someday M101 style I finally got the pics

Good condition little rust. I would like to know roughly what year I'm thinking early 50s. One day I may sell around 500 or so If I were to would that be an avg price olny looking for feedback now.

It's a 1950's era M100 trailer. Possibly made by Dunbar Kapple. You won't have any trouble getting $500 for it. Matter of fact, I'll be 1st in line.
