Metal Weatherstrip lining back hatch upper door (1 Viewer)

Hello, my back glass shattered on my 1987 FJ60 and it has been a nightmare getting it replaced. I have found glass but now I have an issue as the metal lining that borders the weatherstrip is not available at Toyota or online. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get one or alternative replacements?

There is a black rubber lock strip available that replaces the chrome strip so you can use OEM weatherstrip. If you are interested, I can try to find part number or maybe someone has it handy.

I’ve read on this forum that the stainless steel locking center trim isn’t necessary for the windshield to seal tight. Likely the same holds true for the rear hatch.
I’m not sure it really has a function except for shiny appearance. Maybe it’s just decorative trim.
