So to get the same luggage space as on a 100 w/o 3rd row seats (and I bet very few of us use the 3rd row seats), you'd have to make the interior more like 3 feet longer, not a measily 4 inches! The AHC also lowers the vehicle at highway speed and lifts it 3" in low xfer mode. The crawl cruise control offroad sounds lame...just less control you have over the vehicle. Hp/torque-wise, I think one can do similarly w/ the 2UZ w/ avo turbo.
