I'm at 134K on a 2015 and I'm thinking it's probably time for new globes. I bought a couple cans of fluid recently thinking I'd do a fluid change but if I'm going to have to do globes soon then I'm not sure I should waste the fluid. My ride is not great on bumpy surfaces and I don't really detect much difference in the ride when I switch the AHC between Comfort - Normal - Sport. It's not a brutal ride and it doesn't really seem like a dampening issue as much as it just seems not very comfortable and not well controlled over rough surfaces.

If you want the cheapest thing first, a lot of folks here have had success with fresh fluid. Maybe do a single can, if you don't see a difference then it maybe go further.

The fronts are a little higher pressure, but no difference in left or right. The difference is faintly stamped on the globe bodies if you mix them up, as I found out only after installing them wrong. Hose I.d. is 4 mm / 3/16 IRC.

I didn't realize they had a specific location and just installed today. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't properly check. None of the tutorials on YouTube said anything about that. I drove it just now and it's marvelous, like a brand new car with OEM globes. Should I go through the hassle of rechecking and swapping? Does it make a hell of a difference?

EKK Eagle is a Japanese company making such globes.

The -400 corresponds to the capacity of the front globes. The rear ones would then be -500.
The 200 corresponds roughly to the nominal pressure in bars (226 bar for the fronts) but is more likely just the model series.

I just got 4 OEM globes on eBay from Japan and they're all -400 H = front globes, which explains the fantastic ride I'm enjoying right now :o) I may have gotten a great deal "on all fours..."

I made a completely absent minded blunder and I'm sure I'll pay for it. I left the reservoir cap off on my LX for two weeks. In that time I've driven through some deep mud and through deep puddles. I currently have no error codes, but I bled some fluid and it was quite milky. Is it possible I get away with siphoning whats in the reservoir and bleeding out the rest of the fluid? The ride became very wobbly and bouncy in comfort mode, but mostly fine in sport. I haven't driven it since I noticed the cap was off and I'm worried I just destroyed the whole system.
 
Just visiting here for a bit. I used to be a proud owner of a 21LX. Just picked up an lx700 overtrail but wanted to pick your brains related to AHC as this is where the real expertise on the subject resides.

My question. Like the 570, the 700h AHC allows for a sensor lift, about an inch. I know many of you have done a sensor lift on your 570’s. Are there any downsides/issues and precautions to driving around full time with the sensor lift? I’ll be throwing on 34’s this week and plan on an alignment after that.

It’s milky when it comes out of the system and then turns dark pink.

Yeah don’t do it without all of the other components needed to return the system to stock pressure.

I don't have a 300-series, but If the 100-series or 200-series is any indication - it'll work splendidly.

The tip I'll add that I learned from doing mine last weekend is put it in H, let it cool down and remove the heat shield over the accumulator. There was no way I could bleed the accumulator with the heat shield in place, and it is way easier to remove in H then when you're at L and have already bled two globes. It's possible to remove the heat shield in L, just much easier in H.

Hey everyone. I’m having some issues after replacing accumulators. The whole system seems to be rock hard while driving. Like there’s rods in place of the suspension. I’ve bled the system multiple times, there’s zero air out of any of the 5 bleeders. Everything checks out on techstream. Has this happened to anyone before?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
