@AFdude, it is. Also, you can use the navigation while driving. That is something that locks out above 5MPH I believe.

I pulled my parking brake and tried every button to find a way to play the video on the front but didn't see anything that indicated front video playback. How does it work? I may have to study the instruction manual.
Yeah, I was in park. Is the button on rear screen?
I was about to order one but since I never use navigation and it wouldn't allow me to play movies on the head unit, I changed my mind.

Thanks soo much for posting this!
We've compared Google Maps to the loaded nav software. The consensus was that for longer trips the trucks nav was perfectly fine. It wasn't until we got into dense urban areas that Google shined. We will continue to use a blend of the two primarily because Google allows for realtime traffic and faster rerouting when we get into big cities.
@Reckless, were you able to validate that you can watch movies with the e-brake up?
I loaded a Batman Begins DVD into the front changer in slot 3. I would try to hit DVD in the back and it wouldn't load/do anything. I am assuming Video is for the Video output on the rear floor?

I got my prestigious society setup installed today. Pretty cool. The solution is a bit pricey IMO. Personally, I don't watch any movies in the car but plan to have music video/concert dvds playing. Maybe I will put movies on for long road trips.
Thanks for the Install photos/directions, even though it's for a Lexus my mechanic was able to work off of it. He did say he had to take everything apart. My glove box is not staying shut now, I will have to show him tomorrow. It did have issues previously where I would have to shut it three times before it stayed shut.
